Following the uplifting sounds of Moonlight Blue, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Sebastiaan van Ravenhorst - aka Van Common - has returned with his catchy new single Ghost, out now.

As twinkling hooks float alongside uptempo racing beats, Ghost is propelled by the gentle, impassioned power of van Ravenhorst’s soaring vocals. Oozing infectious, jangly melodies and a buoyant energy, it's another slice of blissful indie-pop from the Dutch artist, combining the dreamy sounds of the likes of DIIV with a vibrant spirit reminiscent of French favourites Phoenix. 

Only recently making the move from typical band set-up to that of solo artist, with the intention of taking full creative control, Van Common now writes, sings and plays everything himself. Now, having charmed crowds at Paradiso Amsterdam, Sofar Sounds San Francisco and Rockwood Music Hall, as well as receiving acclaim from publications such as Clash and Ear To The Ground, Van Common is ready to captivate listeners once again with the sparkling energy of Ghost.
