Scottish singer-songwriter, Megan Airlie, once again showcases her captivating jazz-infused vocal range through new single Mother Whale, out now via Bloc Music Records.

Having instantly gained support from the likes of The Line of Best Fit, Earmilk and BBC Radio Scotland off the back of debut singles After River and Honey, Megan continues to illustrate her unique, modern day chanteuse-style compositions on Mother Whale.

Opening with a chopping guitar solo, Megan’s rich, shimmering textured vocal takes centre stage, sparkling throughout the two minutes forty five second single. A departure from the silky smooth soundscapes of her previous two tracks, Mother Whale combines elements of jazz, funk and soul to create an upbeat, piano bar inspired song.
